A classic Veg Cheese Burger packed with flavor and topped with melted cheese! Perfect for a quick meal or snack, this burger is a crowd-pleaser and can be customized with your favorite veggies and sauces.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup boiled potatoes, mashed
  • 1/2 cup boiled mixed veggies (carrots, peas, corn)
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 burger buns
  • 4 cheese slices
  • Lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles (for toppings)
  • Mayonnaise, ketchup, or mustard (optional, for serving)
Step By Step Method
Step 01.

In a mixing bowl, combine mashed potatoes, mixed veggies, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and breadcrumbs. Mix well.

Step 02.

Shape the mixture into burger patties. Set aside .

Step 03.

Heat a little oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place the patties in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Step 04.

Add a slice of cheese on top of each patty for the last minute, allowing it to melt.

Toast the burger buns lightly in the same skillet.

Step 06.

Spread your choice of mayonnaise, ketchup, or mustard on the buns.

Place a lettuce leaf, tomato slice, onion rings, and pickles on the bottom half of each bun.

Step 08.

Add the cheese-topped patty and cover with the top half of the bun .
